9. Can I return or exchange a product?
Products purchased from La VELO are generally non-returnable or non-exchangeable for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders only, you may request a return or exchange at the time of delivery if the product does not meet your personal preference or you decide not to keep it. A ৳150 return/exchange delivery charge will apply and must be paid by the customer.
Once the COD order has been accepted and received by the customer, return or exchange requests based only on personal preference, change of mind, design preference, colour preference, or size preference may not be accepted later.
If you receive a product that is torn, damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered, you may be eligible for an exchange or another appropriate resolution. Such issues must be reported within 5 calendar days of delivery and will be subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
10. What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
Please contact La VELO and report the issue within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.
You may be required to provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Please do not send the product back without receiving confirmation and return instructions from La VELO.

However, slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
