Products purchased from La VELO are non-returnable<\/strong>.<\/p>

We do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong design, colour, size, or no longer wants the product.<\/p>

However, an exchange may be considered within 7 days<\/strong> if the product is received torn, damaged, or has another verified manufacturing\/product defect.<\/p>

2. 7-Day Exchange Policy<\/h2>

If you receive a product that is torn, damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product ordered, you must contact La VELO within 7 days of receiving the order<\/strong>.<\/p>

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.<\/p>

The 7-day period begins from the date the order is delivered to the customer.<\/p>
